![]() I have a death certificate as well as my birth certificate that I can provide. Well I have closed over 16 of my mothers accounts and this is the first time I been told that this is something I would need. And that their hands are tied and this is the only way. I was told that I need to provide an executor of estate document. Unfortunately my mom didnt have an estate of any kind set up so when instances like this happen next to kin has to settle all the affairs. ![]() Fast forward to me receiving the check it was not under my name it was under my deceased mothers name. ![]() I got a sorry for my loss and no problem. when I closed her account and asked for a check I let the representative know that the check needs to be issued under my name. After I closed her account and returned all the items, months later a check was sent to my address. I immediately called Zulilys costumer service to notify them my mom passed away and how I can go about returning items she purchased. When I went through her apartment I seen several Zulily boxes. If this purchase had been over 1 year old or a $29.99 bag I would take my lost and deal with it however, this is not the case and I feel Zulily should take responsibility and refund or replace my purse. Per Zulily everything outside of their 30 day return policy is on a case by case basis which means my issue could have been resolved with one call. He had no compassion for the fact that I paid $515 for a purse thats ruined and I hardly ever carried it. I was put in touch with ***** who was very short to say the least. I took it upon myself to reach out to Zulily again asking to speak with s supervisor. I never heard anything back from that point. In return I got another email stating that they would send it over to whom I assumed would be the vendor. I tried explaining that under normal circumstances this bag would have a one-year manufacturer warranty and that I was not looking for a refund as stated in the response I just wanted my bag to be replaced or repaired. In return I got responses that its been too long since I originally purchased this bag. I was told to send pictures of the broken strap and which I did immediately. The hardware attached to the strap started to roll around on the ground so, embarrassing, needless to say the remainder of my trip I had to carry this bag as if it was a clutch, I reached out to Zulily once I returned home and was advised them of what happened with my bag. During my travel I stopped at at a gas station as I get out of the car to go inside the gas station the purse fell off of my shoulder and onto the ground. On August 3rd I was traveling for funeral and decided I would take my Mcm purse. I recently started to carry this bag approximately 2 months ago and this is still not an every day carry. Now it looks like 5-7 days will turn into at least 18 just to ship it.not counting the days it will take to get to me.Order number ********** I purchased a MCM bag on September 2, 2022. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't mind waiting for things, but don't advertise that something will be shipped in a certain time frame if you can't deliver. If this is their trend, I will not order from them again. Now everytime I check the order status, it says the shipping date is expected to be Jan. When I ordered, it said the item would be shipped in 5-7 days. Well, I placed my second order with them last week.Jan. I think it finally arrived after about five weeks total. ![]() I could have cancelled, but I decided to wait since I really wanted the item. ![]() I actually called them after about three weeks they explained the item was out of stock and was being sent in to them. The shipping date was supposed to be 7-10 days from time of order. I placed my first order with Zulily a couple of months ago it took WEEKS to get my item. ![]()
